Our Quality Standard

Ambitious youth clubs and youth organisations want to develop and improve, with quality standards a vital part of their work. It is not a nice to have, but a must. It is about knowing they are doing a good job, improving their work and ensuring they can demonstrate quality in a competitive sector.

Together with London Youth we have developed Ambition Quality, a quality standard for youth clubs and organisations.  They can work towards a bronze, silver or gold level, to show they’re doing their best for the young people they work with.

We also have Ambition Quality+ for umbrella youth organisations.

We help organisations achieve their award every step of the way. Ambition Quality rewards high standards in the following 10 areas:
