Executive Assistant (£25,205 - £30,806)

We are seeking a bright and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the work of our Chief Executive and central services team, ensuring the smooth running of Ambition.

A lively, enthusiastic and highly organised individual, the postholder will enjoy a challenge and be able to efficiently manage a demanding workload across a variety of areas.

Responsibilities will include:

• organising member events
• finance processing
• updating key staff and member information
• making travel arrangements
• taking minutes
• providing communications assistance, including ensuring our corporate twitter account, website and image gallery are kept up to date
• general office duties

We are keen to hear from confident communicators with excellent interpersonal skills and a minimum two years’ experience in a similar position. We are a friendly, supportive team and the role will be based at our head office in Vauxhall, London.

Board Treasurer (Voluntary)

Ambition is seeking an exceptional individual to join our Board as Treasurer and help drive forward our mission to lead young people’s services across the UK.

We are keen to hear from candidates with a financial qualification and/or experience working in senior financial management. Applications from black and minority ethnic groups would be particularly welcome to widen the diversity of our Board.
